Caceres family has received a gardening kit!

Thanks to your donation, the Caceres family has received a gardening kit! Matilde lives in Manzanillo del Mar, a village outside of Cartagena, Colombia. She is part of the project “Patios Productivos” (productive urban agriculture) and she spends her day doing housework and farm work in her yard, where chili, celery and basil are grown.

Matilda lives with her two children who study in the village’s elementary school. Her husband is a religious leader in the district of “La Boquilla”. Their home garden gives them better nourishment, improves the environment and generates an additional income for their household!
